Caverns deep and cold
No light, no laughter
Only regrets echo
Through the dark loneliness
Never to escape
Never to find home
So it seems, when lost within
Yet there is no place
That is forever lost
No heart that forever wanders
Our time is short
And so we forget
That much change takes longer
Than the breath we call a lifetime
